Our Adoption Process
We try to make the process of bringing home your new companion smooth and straightforward. Our goal is to help this be an exciting time for your family, and not stressful.
Communication is important, and we make that a priority.
1st steps
We are happy to communicate and answer your questions however you are most comfortable, text, email, phone etc. We understand this is a large decision and respect the time it takes to sort your way through, as well as decide if you want to work with us.
Getting Matched
Next step is to submit an application, on Gooddog, telling us a little about you, your family, housing situation, and pets etc. We then ask for a 500.00 down-payment when we put you on the waitlist, or match you to a pup of an available litter. The remaining balance is due when we transfer care to you. The payment transactions are also made securely through Gooddog.com.
Want your Pup to fly?
We have had very good success using Alaska Air Pet Connect services. I can send you a quote of costs. This includes vet authorized travel papers, an airline approved kennel, the accessories they require, as well as the Pet Cargo Fee. These charges are due when travel booking is complete.
