Our experience with the Dyck family was beyond great! I had been searching for a Bassett puppy for weeks to surprise our three girls with for Christmas. Finding a person to speak with on the phone these days is nearly impossible. I was able to speak with Johnny and Patrona the very first day that I called. They answered all my questions and were willing to work with us on figuring out how to ship one of their precious pups all the way to Massachusetts for our family. Knowing that these pups are loved upon by the Dyke children was especially important to us. We knew that our little guy would already be very comfortable with kids. We waited patiently for weeks for our pup to be ready and when the day arrived, Patrona texted us with travel and flight updates the whole day. Thank you so much for such a great experience. Patrona and Jonathan were great communicators and we could not be happier that we chose them. Our pup is now close to 5 months old and is in good health, has an amazing personality and has been such a wonderful addition to our family. Since our girl was 2 weeks old, Patrona has sent weekly photos and stayed in contact so that we knew what was going on. When we picked her up at 8 weeks old, she was already doing very well with house breaking and was socialized well.
